Our role
AeroProc LLC arranges aircraft and flights as a broker. We do not operate aircraft. Each charter is performed by its contracted operating carrier, identified for the specific booking.
Start a requirement
Aircraft type, mission, timing and geography are enough to begin. We will refine the technical and commercial brief with you.
For urgent ACMI, charter or AOG-related capacity, include the required start date and route network.

Commercial clarity
Every quote is specific to the aircraft, availability, route, scope and timing. Fees and payment terms are agreed in writing.
Pricing is based on aircraft capacity, flight time, route and positioning. The quotation identifies aircraft and crew costs, fuel, handling, airport charges and applicable taxes, with any inclusions, exclusions or contingencies.
Special handling, loading equipment, customs, ground transport, de-icing, waiting time and changes may affect the total. The booking agreement sets payment deadlines, cancellation charges and refund conditions.
Dry leases generally use a periodic rental with separately agreed deposits, maintenance reserves and delivery/return conditions. ACMI commonly uses a block-hour rate and minimum utilization, covering aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance.
Fuel, airport and navigation charges, handling, positioning and taxes must be expressly allocated. Mission programs also define mobilization, standby, support and demobilization costs.
Brokerage compensation may be an agreed fixed fee or a percentage of the transaction value. The representation agreement identifies the payer, scope, any retainer or expenses, and when compensation becomes payable.
Budget separately for inspection, discrepancy resolution, legal and tax advice, escrow/title services, registration, financing and delivery. Deposit amounts and refundability are defined in the transaction documents.
