Aircraft advertising and inquiries

AeroProc provides listing and messaging services. Sellers are responsible for accurate specifications, legal authority to market the aircraft, current availability, lawful content, and rights to uploaded photos. Only list aircraft you own or are authorized to represent. Do not include private records, identity documents, financial details or third-party personal information in public content.

Free trial and extensions

Each aircraft, identified by manufacturer and serial number, receives one 30-day free period beginning at first approval. No card is required. Duplicate listings and repeat trials are prohibited. Paid extensions cost $29 for 30 days, $79 for 90 days, or $149 for 180 days per aircraft in USD. They do not renew automatically. Time is added to the later of current expiry or confirmed payment. Editing or withdrawing does not pause time. Material edits require review. A listing expires from public view when its paid or free term ends.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

Listing fees cover advertising, not an aircraft purchase. There is no marketplace sales commission. Mark an aircraft sold or withdraw it at any time. To request a refund for a duplicate charge, billing error or undelivered extension, contact info@aeroproc.com with the order reference. Other refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable rights. No guarantee of a buyer, inquiry volume or completed sale is made. Any separately agreed brokerage engagement has its own terms.

Review and removal

AeroProc may reject, suspend or remove misleading, unauthorized, duplicate or abusive listings and suspend seller accounts. Review does not verify title, certify airworthiness, guarantee seller identity or endorse aircraft condition. Report suspicious listings through their detail page. Contact info@aeroproc.com to appeal a review or correct a duplicate aircraft identity.

Buyer and seller responsibilities

Independently verify identity, ownership, records, title, liens, maintenance, export restrictions and airworthiness. Arrange a professional pre-purchase inspection and qualified escrow service. Never send aircraft purchase money through listing checkout. Avoid unsolicited payment links and independently confirm bank instructions.

Privacy and communication

Your profile name, company and aircraft details appear publicly after approval. Profile email and phone are not published. When you submit an inquiry, your name, signed-in email and message are shared with the listing seller. Replies are available in the private inbox. At launch, inquiry delivery is in-app; email alerts are not provided. Do not share sensitive records in public listings. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@aeroproc.com. Account and inquiry data remain private to the participants and authorized AeroProc administrators.
