Midwest Valves & Controls is a distributor for Australian Pipeline Valve (APV). They manufacture a complete range of pipeline and process valves such as ball gate, globe, check, plug, butterfly, stop check and parallel slide valves. They also manufacture oilfield valves such as chokes, wellheads and oilfield valves.

The Stafsjö knife gate valves are useful for isolating abrasive slurries, water and sludge. The SLV model is suitable for slurries in the mining industry, where solids can be expelled through the bottom between rubber seals.
